I just made my meal plan for this week and shopped for the items needed over the weekend.
I truly believe meal planning is a huge part to simplifying our days!
So here it is:
Monday: Roasted veggie quesadillas, guacamole, rice, beans
Tuesday: Pasta with roasted veggies (l made extra for the quesadillas to reserve for this) and chick peas, and salad
Wednesday: Chicken parmesan, corn, bread, salad
Thursday: Potato soup, salad, bread
Friday: Homemade pizza, salad
Saturday: Chicken pot pie and potatoes
Sunday: Spaghetti Sunday
Nothing fancy, but it’s done. This way each day I know what’s for dinner….so easy! So simple!
