I’m going a bit against the grain today (no pun intended!) today as I talk about why we don’t get too wrapped up in meal planning around here, and how I feed my family simply. I choose to focus time and energy on who is around the table rather than what is on the table.
Our culture has made food a bit of an obsession these days, but really, do we live to eat or eat to live? Believe me, I love food as much as the next person, but sometimes I think we can place a bit too much emphasis on the next best recipe or meal plan.
I am also talking about why I have been eating gluten-free for almost three years even though I am the least likely person to ever make that change! And I am not encouraging you to do it!
