My {Simple} Little Blog…

I never intended my blog to be a business or a ministry even. It was simply a journal.  As the time has passed though, it has ministered to people, and I am so thankful.

I have found my passion for writing, speaking, and encouraging.  I am so thankful.

I have networked with so many beautiful women in the homeschool community, homemaking community, and blogging world.  I treasure my friends.  They have ministered to me.

I have decided to keep this blog simple.  There is a world of information out there on how to make it better, grow more readers, make it look prettier, make money, etc.

The Lord doesn’t need me to have the elaborate technology or the most beautiful looking blog out there. He will use me if He chooses to. If I have one follower or one thousand, I am blessed to minister to anyone.


I feel rich when people tell me that I am encouraging them.

And while it’s nice to contribute to my family’s finances, my goal has never been, or will never be to put money over words.

So today, I am letting you all know that I am so thankful for those who read regularly. I pray to grow the blog and gain readers, but I will do it through His power…

And I completely admire those women who have run full fledged businesses through their blogs, and those who use all proceeds to support ministry.  It’s a wonderful thing.

May the Lord bless us all as we submit to Him, and Simply Live for Him!
