What I learned after being without power for 5 days when a snow storm hit this week…
We do not need nearly as much as we think…
All of my necessities in life fit right into our minivan…
I am far richer than I think…
Not in money, but in love, laughs, and relationships…
and in Him.
I hurt for those truly in the dark…
for when the power was restored, some still live in darkness…
…without Him
without the saving grace and power of Jesus
I am grateful to live in the Light, that is His
That is truly the Light that I need…
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
1 John 1:7
I pray to be a light MORE
To be a light to those in the dark…
Because even when the power goes out, nothing can separate me from Him…
and His Light…
